The Checkmate mat is constructed of a tufted, 100% virgin polyester pile surface with a rugged vinyl backing. The extra absorbent quality of polyester makes it the ideal mat for use at entrances to stop snow, water, sand, and mud at the door. The Checkmate mat protects floors from excessive wear, reduces floor maintenance costs, and promotes dry, safer interior floors. This polyester mat, with its traditional tweed pattern, is excellent for use in heavy traffic areas such as entranceways, lobbies, and hallways. The Checkmate is colorfast and will not fade, fuzz or pill. The tweed pattern helps hide stains from water and dirt. Easy to keep clean by simply sweeping or vacuuming.
