We stock a full line of industrial janitorial supplies that are ready to ship next day from our Baltimore warehouse. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including but not limited to: cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, personal protective equipment, and opened consumable products.
